School of Medicine Strategic Report
What the client wanted…

Having recently produced the UL Medical School Strategy 2020-2030, we have first hand knowledge of how to interpret and apply the new UL Brand Guidelines. We understand the importance of building the brand and ensuring that all UL products are defined by it. However, we also have the skills and creativity to apply the guidelines so that each publication stands out.

To deliver the Medical School Strategy document, we worked closely with the team to identify what they saw as the most important elements of the strategy and the kind of look that would suit their work best. This meant we were able to work in line with the Guidelines whilst providing the clear stamp of the Medical School.

We curated existing photography, making sure we got the best out of images by using them as part of the design. We were also able to pull photography from our own image stock which we find lends a fresh feel to publications such as this. 

The School of Medicine in University of Limerick wanted something different for their newsletter, they wanted to be more eco friendly, moving away from print and embracing the digital age with a more interactive product.

We designed this newsletter for them, currently it is only using text and imagery, but, the next edition will include video and audio stories to give a more immerisive experience for the end user.

With the newsletter designed in this manner, The School of Medicine have the ability to easily distribute across their website or as a link in emails, their readers can embed it on their site or easily download the PDF if required.
