Fota House & Gardens invited us to create two key brochures that would help them communicate the richness of their visitor offering and the timeless charm of their wedding venue. Each brochure required its own tone, structure and visual approach, while still sitting comfortably within the Irish Heritage Trust brand.
Experience Brochure – Bringing Fota’s Story to Life
The experience brochure was designed to showcase everything that makes a visit to Fota House & Gardens memorable — the historic house, the arboretum, the gardens, the guided tours and the cultural programme. Our focus was on creating a flowing narrative that guides readers through the estate, using atmospheric imagery and clear, intuitive layout to highlight the breadth of experiences available.
We developed a visual rhythm that balances heritage with accessibility: refined typography, a warm and welcoming palette, and strong use of photography that captures both the grandeur of the interiors and the character of the gardens. The result is a brochure that communicates not just facilities, but the feeling of spending time on the estate — calm, inspiring and full of discovery.
Wedding Brochure – Timeless Elegance
The wedding brochure is rooted in the elegance of Fota House’s Regency interiors, as seen throughout the imagery and text on pages 1–7, where details such as the Drawing Room, the ornate mouldings and the formal gardens are presented with care and romance . We worked with these visual cues to craft a brochure that feels sophisticated, warm and truly special.
Our layout highlights key ceremony and reception spaces, package options, real wedding moments and practical planning information, all presented in a calm, spacious style that echoes the setting. This approach ensures couples can easily imagine their day unfolding at Fota.

Although each brochure serves a different audience, both share a consistent design language that strengthens the overall brand — clarity, elegance and a strong sense of place. Together, they support Fota House & Gardens in telling their story with confidence, helping visitors and couples alike connect with the estate’s history, beauty and atmosphere.
